John Fraser has over three decades of experience in the wastewater industry, currently serving as a Wastewater Fellow-Innovation at Carollo Engineers since January 2010, where creative solutions are developed to address industry challenges. Prior to this role, John held various positions, including Wastewater Practice Director and Project Manager/Project Engineer at Carollo Engineers from June 1986 to January 2010. John Fraser earned a Master of Science in Civil Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
