John Rydzewski

John Rydzewski, PE, currently serves as Vice President and Private Sector Group Sustainability Lead at Carollo Engineers since July 2023. Prior experience includes overseeing the 24/7 operation of Intel Corporation's zero liquid discharge wastewater treatment system as Area Manager for Liquid Industrial Waste Systems/Wastewater Treatment and Recovery from February 2022 to June 2023. Rydzewski also held the position of Director of Water Programs at Nike from September 2014 to January 2022, where a global freshwater reduction strategy was developed. Previous roles at Intel include several engineering and management positions focused on wastewater treatment and ultrapure water systems, showcasing a strong background in water management and sustainable practices. Rydzewski holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University.
