Jonathon Marshall

Jonathon Marshall serves as Vice President and Chief Engineer of Infrastructure at Carollo Engineers, overseeing water, wastewater, and recycled water infrastructure projects since October 2015. With extensive experience in infrastructure design and project management, Jonathon has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Vice President and Chief of Infrastructure Design. Prior to Carollo Engineers, Jonathon worked as a Senior Engineer at Contra Costa Water District, managing various water treatment and civil engineering projects. Early career experience includes positions at RBF Consulting and internships with the US Army Corps of Engineers, where Jonathon contributed to significant water resource modeling efforts in Iraq. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from San José State University, and several certificates in Project and Construction Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
