Lee Orosco is a seasoned National Specifications Manager at Carollo Engineers since February 2008, overseeing over 1000 multidiscipline master specifications for more than 25 offices nationwide. Orosco coordinates with over 40 internal section owners to ensure adherence to CSI principles and formats. As a long-term leader and volunteer with the Construction Specifications Institute since 1985, Orosco has contributed to the education of future professionals as an adjunct faculty member at the University of New Mexico and has created nationwide webinars on the details of CSI certification exams since 2009. Previous experience includes a role as Facilities Engineer and Specifications Manager at Intel Corporation from 1986 to 2006. Lee Orosco holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology-Civil from New Mexico State University and a high school diploma from Deming High School.
