Meghann Chell, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in environmental engineering and process design. Currently serving as PSG Operations Manager and Supervising Engineer at Carollo Engineers since July 2017, Meghann has previously worked as a Senior Process Engineer at MWH (now part of Stantec) from 2007 to June 2017, focusing on design-build projects and wastewater treatment evaluations. Early career experience includes working as a Student Intern at the Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Coast Region. Meghann holds a Master’s degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering / Microbiology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
