Michael Warriner is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles. Since July 2006, Michael has served as Senior Vice President at Carollo Engineers. Michael held the position of Board Trustee at Reclamation District 1607 from June 2008 until December 2023. Prior to these roles, Michael worked as a Senior Project Manager at Swinerton Builders and as a Senior Engineer at both the Contra Costa Water District and McLaren/Hart. Michael began the engineering career as an Associate Engineer at MWH. Academically, Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a minor in English from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completing studies from 1980 to 1990.
