Ray David

Ray David is a seasoned Project Manager and Associate Vice President at Carollo Engineers, with a professional background spanning over a decade in civil and environmental engineering. Prior experience includes roles as a Civil Engineer and Associate at Greeley and Hansen, where Ray contributed to the design of water and wastewater treatment facilities and served as an Engineering Site Representative. Ray's earlier experience includes a summer internship at NASA Ames Research Center in the Advanced Supercomputing Division and a position as a Cooperative Education Student at HNTB. Academic qualifications include a PhD candidacy and graduate research assistantship in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Environmental studies from Purdue University.
