Roy Bumpass

Roy Bumpass serves as Vice President at Carollo Engineers since June 2016. Previously, Roy held the position of Vice President of Operations for the Southwest Division at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. from January 2013 to January 2016, overseeing the operations of the Infrastructure group in the Southwest United States. Prior experience includes a role in construction management at URS Corporation, managing operations for a $500 million water program for the City of Columbus from January 2011 to December 2012. Additionally, Roy acted as Facilities Expansion Program Manager at MWH Global, handling significant projects such as the $300 million plant upgrades in the City of Cape Coral, FL, and the $360 million Austin WTP 4 Project from August 2007 to December 2010. Roy Bumpass earned a degree from Bowling Green State University between 1979 and 1983.
