Sarah Brewer

Sarah Brewer is an accomplished learning and development professional with extensive experience in managing and enhancing workforce training programs. Currently serving as the Learning & Development Manager and Associate Vice President at Carollo Engineers since November 2025, Sarah previously held the position of Sr. Director of Learning Programs & Training Delivery at Progress Residential®, where a national Technical Skills Academy was launched to standardize training and improve hiring quality. Sarah's prior roles include Director of Learning Programs & Training Delivery at Pretium, where a shared services model was established, and Supervisor of Instructional Design at Progress Residential®, leading a team focused on national learning initiatives. With a solid foundation in instructional design and program management from positions at Centrica Energy, Direct Energy, Massage Envy, Apollo Education Group, and the University of Phoenix, Sarah holds an M.B.A. in International Business and a B.S. in Business Administration and Management.
