Scott Davis, P.E., Assoc. DBIA, is currently the Client Services Manager and Vice President at Carollo Engineers. They have extensive experience as a Project Manager, having worked with NYCDEP, PVSC, and other municipal agencies and private utilities in the NYC metro region. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Associate VP at HDR from 1998 to 2020. They earned a combined BS/MS in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University, where they studied from 1992 to 1998.
