Steve Caswell is the Vice President and Project Manager at Carollo Engineers, where they have held various leadership roles since 1998, including Associate Vice-President. Prior to this, Steve worked as a Senior Engineer and Principal Engineer at the South Tahoe Public Utility District from 2015 to 2019.
