Toshio Shimada

Toshio Shimada is an accomplished Chief Technologist and Principal Technologist at Carollo Engineers, with extensive experience in environmental engineering spanning from July 2007 to the present. Prior positions include Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from August 2002 to July 2007, an Intern at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission in 2002, and a Project Engineer at DuPont from April 1997 to July 2000. Educational qualifications include a PhD and ME in Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the University of California, Berkeley, respectively, as well as a BS in Civil Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
