Vikas Kumar, PhD, serves as the Regional R&D Lead at Carollo Engineers since July 2023, where the focus is on driving innovation and connecting the Canadian region with national advancements. Prior to this, Vikas held multiple roles at The University of British Columbia, including Staff Professional Wastewater and UBC-SERB Fellow, receiving a prestigious full scholarship for doctoral studies. Vikas has a strong background in leading industrial research on wastewater energy recovery and has contributed to microbiological analysis projects during a tenure as a Junior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
