Lucy M. currently serves as the Group Learning and Development Lead at Caroola since November 2023. Prior to this role, Lucy held various positions at Moneypenny, including People Development Manager and Product Training Manager from July 2021 to November 2023. Lucy's experience also includes a tenure as Senior Storyliner at ITV from October 2019 to March 2020, and Production Coordinator at RTE from January 2018 to September 2019. Earlier in the career, Lucy worked at Selfridges as Lead Facilitator and Operations Training Specialist from March 2015 to December 2017. Lucy holds a Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Organisational Development from CIPD, completed between 2020 and 2021, and a Master of Arts in Scriptwriting for TV and Radio from The University of Salford, earned from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, Lucy obtained an HND in Journalism and Media from Rathmines College during 2008 to 2010.
