Roxi Ratcliffe

Roxi Ratcliffe is a seasoned professional in client services and account management with extensive experience in leading marketing initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Carousel since November 2021, Roxi previously held positions including Account Director at Ogilvy, overseeing accounts for IBM, and Account Manager at Saatchi & Saatchi, managing key clients such as USAA and HSBC. Prior to these roles, Roxi worked as an Account Supervisor at ViTRO, managing brands like adidas Golf and Petco, and served in various marketing roles at Synthasome, Inc., Blackjack Promotions, and LA Galaxy. A graduate of the University of California Irvine with a BA in Psychology and Social Behavior and Management, Roxi also attended the University of Cambridge for further education.
