Robert Bissen

Robert Bissen has extensive experience in software engineering and support within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a NOC Engineer in the Service Department at Carousel Industries since May 2011, Robert specializes in supporting various video endpoints and infrastructure. Prior to this role, Robert held positions including Support Manager at OmniPresence and Sr Software Engineer at Entegrity Solutions. Notably, during tenure at SIPComm, Robert established software build, release, and testing processes and led a project for a SIP-based software client. Additionally, Robert contributed to code management and software testing at PictureTel and held several engineering roles at Hewlett Packard Apollo. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
