Beth Covington

Beth Covington is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor in the Business and Accounting Division at Central Piedmont Community College since December 2017. Previous roles include Training Manager and Manager of Training & Development at The Walt Disney Company, HR Manager for Learning and Development at Dunkin' Brands, and Director of Training and Development at Coastal Management. Covington also holds a position as Human Resources Training & Development Manager at Carowinds and serves as Corp HR Senior Training Specialist for Cedar Fair Entertainment Company. The educational background includes an MBA in Business from Nova Southeastern University and a certificate in Organizational Design from Cornell University. Covington has transitioned to retirement as of September 2023.
