Joanna Collora

Joanna Collora is a sales operations professional with over six years of experience in the industry. Joanna is currently the Director of Sales Operations at Carpay, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to their current role, Joanna served as the Sr. Sales Operations Manager at Carpay from March 2020 to December 2020, and as the Customer Success Manager from December 2019 to March 2020.

Joanna began their career as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Grimaldi & Associates, LTD. in January 2015, before being promoted to Account Manager in July 2015. In April 2016, they joined FIRST Insurance Funding Corp as an Senior Account Manager and was promoted to Team Leader in January 2018. Joanna remained with FIRST Insurance Funding Corp until March 2020 when they transitioned to Carpay.

In their current role as Director of Sales Operations, Joanna is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations of the company. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and analyzing data to improve performance. Under Joanna's leadership, Carpay has seen a significant increase in sales and customer satisfaction.
