Kate Shields

Kate Shields has a strong background in customer success and data solutions. Kate is currently the Director of Customer Success at Carpe Data, where they build and supports relationships with clients. Prior to this, they were a Senior Customer Success Coordinator at the same company. Kate also has experience as a Shift Lead at Lama Dog Tap Room and Bottle Shop, a Digital Marketing Consultant at ZeeBlu, and various roles including Senior Analyst, Team Lead, and Social Media Analyst at Social Intelligence Corp. In these positions, Kate demonstrated leadership, reviewed investigative reports, managed teams, and produced high-quality social media investigations.

Kate Shields attended UC Santa Barbara from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in History.
