Scot Barton has a extensive work experience in the insurance and data analytics industry. Scot is currently the VP of Commercial Products at Carpe Data, where they provide next generation data solutions to insurance companies. Prior to this, Scot worked at Farmers Insurance, where they held multiple roles including Head of Commercial Insurance Advanced Analytics, Head of Business Insurance R&D, and Manager of Advanced Analytics for Claims Group. Scot also worked at Project Leadership Associates as a PM/Sr. Consultant, Valen Technologies as a Predictive Modeling Project Manager, IBM as an IT and Business Consultant, and PriceWaterhouse Coopers as a Business Consultant. Overall, Scot has a strong background in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven solutions for insurance companies.
