Austin Dicus

Austin Dicus is a Senior Metallurgist in Research and Development at Carpenter Technology Corporation, where they have worked since 2025. Prior to this role, Austin held various positions, including Metallurgist at the same company from 2018 to 2025. They also gained experience as a Materials Engineering Intern at Iowa Dot in 2015, and completed a Research & Development Co-Op at SSAB in 2016.
