David Pachuilo has extensive experience in the field of mechanical design and research and development, currently serving as the Manager of Process Services R&D at Carpenter Technology since 1984. Prior to this role, David worked at Envirotech from October 1977 to February 1984 as a Mechanical Designer, specializing in the design of pollution control equipment including fabric filters, electrostatic precipitators, and cyclone systems. David holds a degree in Design Technology from Lincoln Tech, where studies were completed between 1975 and 1977, and graduated from Holy Name High School from 1972 to 1975.
