Jason Fehr is a skilled metallurgist with extensive experience in the steelmaking industry, currently serving as Principal Metallurgist in Melt Metallurgy at Carpenter Technology Corporation since August 2025. Prior to this role, Jason held various positions at Cleveland-Cliffs from December 2020 to July 2025, including Section Manager for both Quality and Steelmaking, as well as Process Engineer in Steelmaking. Jason’s career began at ArcelorMittal USA, where a tenure from June 2008 to December 2020 included roles as Process Engineer in both Steelmaking and Ingot Production. Jason’s early experience includes an Engineering Internship at Tredegar Corporation in 2007. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University, obtained in 2008.
