John Magee

John Magee has extensive experience in internal audit and change management, currently serving as the Manager of Internal Audit at Carpenter Technology since January 2008. In this role, John manages financial reporting compliance and oversees internal audit operations, including risk identification and the development of risk-based audit plans. Prior to this position, John was the Change Management Lead at Carpenter Technology, focusing on SAP S4/Hana implementation readiness. John's previous experience includes serving as the Manager of Internal Audit at LSI Corporation and as the Manager of Organizational Design at Met-Ed/GPU, where John led change management initiatives for SAP ERP implementation. John holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on HR and Business Strategy and a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Business Analysis, both from Penn State University.
