Josh Schofield

Josh Schofield has over 16 years of experience in metallurgy and materials engineering. Currently serving as Process Metallurgy Manager at Carpenter Technology Corporation since March 2019, Josh has also held roles including Senior Lean Manufacturing Specialist and Forge Finish Metallurgist at the same company. Prior to this, experience as Materials and Process Engineer at Advanced Heat Treat Corp. was gained from August 2015 to March 2019. Josh began a career at Nucor Corporation, where roles included Melt Shop Metallurgist and Hot Mill Metallurgist from July 2007 to July 2015. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, earned from 2002 to 2007.
