Steve Arentz has over two decades of experience in maintenance and mechanical roles, currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Carpenter Technology Corporation since February 2007. Prior positions include Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Mechanic at the same company, as well as Maintenance Technician at Clover Farms Dairy Co from December 2000 to February 2007, where responsibilities involved repairing and maintaining equipment alongside sanitary welding and steam line repair. Steve Arentz holds a diploma in Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance Technology from Reading Area Community College, completed between 2007 and 2009, and also attended Berks Career and Technology Center from 1996 to 2000.
