Steve Ward

Steve Ward serves as a Board Member at Sprinklr since February 2025 and has been closely associated with C3 AI since January 2009 as a member of the founding group, Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Chair of the Compensation Committee. Additionally, Steve holds a board position at Carpenter Technology and served as a director at KLX Energy Services and KLX Aerospace Solutions. Steve also had an interim role as Chairman of the Board at QD Vision, Inc. and co-founded E2open while chairing the Audit and Compensation Committees. Previous leadership roles include CEO and President at Lenovo, with extensive experience at IBM, where Steve held various senior positions. Educational qualifications include a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and completion of the International Executive Program at The Wharton School.
