Steven Prock

Steven Prock has extensive experience in metallurgy, currently serving as the Manager of Stainless/Alloy Products and Melt Process Metallurgy at Carpenter Technology since January 2008, overseeing aerospace low alloy and stainless steel products, as well as melt and remelt processing of aerospace steels and nickel-based alloys. Prior to this, from June 1991 to 2008, Steven worked at Latrobe Specialty Steel in various roles including Product Specialist and Metallurgist, focusing on remelted HSLA and corrosion-resistant steels, as well as participating in the installation of the SAP ERP system. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
