Currently serving as the Maintenance Area Manager at Carpenter Technology Corporation since February 2022, Victor previously held several key positions at Honeywell from May 2000 to January 2020, including Sr. Plant Maintenance Manager, where leadership extended to teams exceeding 100 personnel, overseeing a range of engineering and maintenance functions for aerospace manufacturing.
