Tom Thornton

Tom Thornton is a Partner and Chair of the Retail and Hospitality Practice Group at Carr Allison, where they have worked since 1998. They specialize in litigation defense, managing liability and catastrophic workers' compensation claims across Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, and the Florida panhandle. Additionally, as National MSP Compliance Counsel, Tom assists organizations in developing compliant claim handling programs that streamline processes and reduce costs. They hold a JD in Law from Samford University, where they studied from 1993 to 1996.
