Eric Fleming

Eric Fleming is a seasoned professional in electrical engineering and automation, currently serving as the Team Leader for Electrical Engineering at CARR Biosystems since August 2022. Prior experience includes leadership roles as Electrical Team Leader at PneumaticScaleAngelus and Automation Group Manager at CertainTeed Corporation, overseeing automation strategies and business planning for 19 facilities across North America. With a strong foundation in project management and engineering design from previous roles at Tetra Tech, Richmond Engineering Works, and others, Eric has demonstrated expertise in developing manufacturing automation systems and achieving significant cost reductions. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
