Massimo Bertin

Massimo Bertin is currently the COO of the Campodarsego plant at Carraro Group, having previously served as Plant Manager and Operations Manager in the spare parts division. With a strong technical foundation in mechanical engineering, Massimo has expanded their expertise in management across various operational areas including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and safety in a multinational context. Massimo's career includes roles at ARISTONCAVI S.p.A. and Sulzer Ltd, where they cultivated skills in quality management and plant operations. They have also pursued extensive education in quality systems, supply chain engineering, and finance, further enhancing their leadership and team-building capabilities.
