Céline ROUCHER

Céline Roucher is currently the Director of Social Relations at Carrefour, having held the position of Responsable Relations Sociales Hypermarchés from 2018 to 2023. They have also served as Responsable Relations Sociales for France and the group, and have experience in human resources roles, including an alternant position focusing on employee training and recruitment. Céline's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Sciences-U Paris, where they graduated at the top of their class, and a Licence in Foreign Languages from Université de Poitiers. Their earlier experience includes an internship in human resources at Korian.
