Daniela Deserto began their career at Carrefour Ipermercati in 1993, starting in the cashier department before advancing to various roles, including managing the daily cash reports and overseeing the cashier barriers. In 2002, after maternity leave, they transitioned to the Hi-Tech sector, managing the telecommunications department. Over the years, Daniela accumulated extensive expertise in inventory management, KPI control, and personnel administration. They currently serve as the Director at Carrefour Market, continuing to harness their skills in a dynamic retail environment.
