Enke Kora

Enke Kora has extensive experience in the field of consumer testing and sensory analysis. Since June 2009, Enke Kora has served as the Responsable des tests consommateurs at Carrefour, overseeing the design and execution of product consumer tests, managing an internal sensory laboratory, and coordinating with external sensory providers while handling project objectives, budgets, planning, and resources. Prior to this role, Enke Kora worked as an Enseignant – chercheur at the Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon from 2004 to 2006, specializing in sensory analysis, applied statistics, and product formulation within the Department of Food and Biological Industries. Enke Kora holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Sciences et Procédés Alimentaires and a Doctorat in Sciences des Aliments, both from the Institut national agronomique Paris-Grignon.
