Éric Adam is currently the Directeur des Relations Institutionnelles at Groupe Carrefour, where they leverage their extensive experience in institutional relationships. Previously, Éric served as a conseiller for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs during the G20, and held a political advisor role in the Economic Affairs Commission at the Assemblée Nationale. Éric has contributed to agricultural development projects at the United Nations and taught international agricultural law as an associate professor at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. They hold a PhD in law from Université Paris-Sorbonne and are pursuing further education in development economics at AgroParisTech.
