Fernando Almeida

Fernando Almeida has extensive experience in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing, currently serving as Coordenador de Melhoria Contínua at Carrefour since November 2019. Previously, Fernando worked as Analista de Lean Manufacturing at International Paper and held roles such as Consultor de Melhoria Continua at Avalon Engenharia e Construções Ltda. and Coordenador Corporativo de WCM at Saint-Gobain Weber, where Fernando implemented Lean tools across multiple production units. Additionally, Fernando has contributed as a Consultor de Lean Manufacturing at Formica Group North America, focusing on Kanban implementation. Fernando holds a degree in Business Administration from Centro Universitário Anhangüera, an MBA in Quality and Productivity from UNIP, and an MBA in Project Management from Fundace FEARP USP.
