Karine Miché has over 20 years of experience within the Carrefour Group, having worked in various Human Resources roles, from apprenticeship to recruitment, communication, and employer branding. Currently, Karine serves as the Directrice Emploi et Recrutement France, where they are dedicated to promoting Carrefour as an employer of choice while enhancing the diversity of job opportunities available. They have previously held positions such as Manager Mobilité et Recrutement and Responsable communication et social médias RH, and have a strong focus on improving recruitment strategies and internal mobility.
