Marcelo Steil

Marcelo Steil currently serves as the Production Manager at Trevo Reciclagem, a notable recycler that is the first signatory of the UN Global Compact. They also hold the position of Assets and Administrative Manager at Carrefour since 2022. Previously, from 1997 to 2001, they managed a Carrefour store, overseeing product negotiations, team management, and sales operations. From 2001 to 2022, Marcelo was the Projects and Maintenance Manager for Carrefour, responsible for implementing new store projects and maintaining commercial galleries and drugstores. Marcelo is currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, having previously earned a degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from Universidade Santa Cecília.
