Prior to Carrefour, Paula had a significant career at Capgemini Consulting from January 2004 to September 2015, advancing from Junior Consultant to Principal; notable projects included improving supply chain operations for major clients such as Air France and Airbus. Paula holds an engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lyon, obtained between 2001 and 2003.
