Richard Chen

Richard Chen is currently the Digital & Organization, System & Supplier Chain Director at 家樂福, where they manage the eCommerce business unit, information technology, supply chain, and warehouse management while implementing new organizational projects. Previously, they served as Store Manager, overseeing operations in three stores and driving significant sales growth, before becoming Taipei Regional Director, responsible for 16 hypermarkets and an annual turnover of 15 billion NTD. Richard also took on the role of Project Manager for the production centers of Fresh Assortment, planning and implementing six centers across the region. Richard is pursuing an EMBA in International Business at 國立臺灣大學.
