Stéphane Hermon is currently the Directeur Hypermarché at Carrefour de Massy, overseeing a commercial center and driving strategic commercial, human, and financial initiatives. With over a decade of experience in hypermarket management, Stéphane has previously held positions at Carrefour, E.Leclerc, and Auchan Retail France, significantly improving performance and customer satisfaction in each role. Passionate about local and traditional food products, Stéphane serves as the referent for fresh products in Northern Lorraine and has successfully led a complete renovation of a hypermarket. Stéphane is also dedicated to digital external communication, utilizing social media and newsletters to engage customers. Education includes ongoing studies in law and management at institutions such as the Faculté de Droit and EM Strasbourg Business School.
