Xavier FERRON has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Directeur magasin at Carrefour since May 2009, managing high-volume stores in Paris, including Market Paris Rochechouart with a turnover of 20 million and 75 employees, and Market Paris Turgot with a turnover of 11 million and 35 employees. Prior roles at Carrefour include managerial positions and training at various Market locations. FERRON's career also includes significant experience at Le Groupe La Poste, where responsibilities included quality distribution and team leadership, and at SYSTEME U and Carrefour in fresh products management. FERRON holds two Licences from Université d'Angers in History and General Business Administration, along with a Baccalauréat général in Economics and Social from Lycée Blaise Pascal.
