Carrick+Stone is a new premium bar concept set to open in Queen’s Court, Ayr. It fills a clear gap in the local market for a design-led, high-end bar experience catering to affluent patrons seeking quality and atmosphere over volume drinking. The venue will blend old-world charm with a modern Scottish bistro vibe, offering curated wines, whiskies, craft cocktails and gourmet small plates in an Instagram-worthy interior that encourages social sharing and repeat visits. Located in the revitalized Queen’s Court arcade (a historic Victorian courtyard in Ayr’s town centre).
