Acre Wang

Acre Wang is currently the Operations Director at Carrier, managing a team of approximately 500 staff and overseeing operations, quality, and lean initiatives. With over 15 years of experience in manufacturing and lean transformation, Acre previously served as the Asia Lean Transformation Leader at United Technologies, where notable achievements included securing the first ACE Gold certification in Asia. Prior roles include leadership positions at Autoliv, Honeywell, and Schneider, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Acre holds an EMBA from Northwestern Polytechnic University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
