Arvind Kumar is currently the Process Quality Manager at Carrier Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Limited, overseeing quality processes and improvements. Previously, they served as Manager of Global Operations Lead at Carrier HVAC, focusing on Lean Six Sigma and automation initiatives. Arvind began their career at Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited, where they worked in design and development from 2016 to 2020. They hold a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from YMCA University of Science & Technology.
