Eric Satterfield, CLSSMBB, has extensive experience in operational excellence and quality management across various industries, including financial services, aerospace, and energy. At OneAmerica, as Senior Director of Enterprise Quality, Eric developed and launched an Enterprise Quality System, earning a nomination for the ASPIRE Outstanding Leadership Award in 2020. Previous roles include leading operational excellence programs at Praxair, where Eric achieved significant productivity savings, and serving as a Master Black Belt at Rolls-Royce North America, where innovative process improvements were implemented. Currently, Eric operates as the Operational Excellence Lead for the Indianapolis Plant at Carrier HVAC and has recently contributed to NuScale Power's engineering transformation efforts. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Indiana University Bloomington.
