Jake Miller

Jake Miller is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in safety engineering, automation, and robotics. Currently serving as a Consulting Safety Engineer at iRobot since April 2023, Jake previously held key roles at Walmart, including Sr. Manager for Automation and Robotics, where responsibilities included hazard identification and risk mitigation in automated systems across Walmart's Supply Chain. Jake's earlier tenure at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission included serving as Regional Product Safety Attaché and managing significant IT modernization initiatives. Additionally, Jake has a solid background in lean manufacturing and simulation, with experience as a Lead Industrial Engineer at Williams International and as a Lean/Simulation Consultant at Auburn University. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
