John Rutkowski

John Rutkowski is currently a Commercial Quality Manager at Carrier Corporation, where they manage the cost of poor quality, warranty, field service engineering, and the issues resolution process for the Americas. Previously, they worked at New Process Gear as a Manufacturing and Process Engineering Manager, launching 28 new products and significantly improving efficiency. They also held various roles in supplier quality and manufacturing engineering at Magna Powertrain, achieving world-class quality levels for multiple products. John earned a B.S. in Industrial Technology from the State University of New York College at Buffalo and an AAS in Mechanical Technology from Mohawk Valley Community College.
