Krishan Sachdev

Krishan Sachdev serves as Chairman of Carrier Midea India and Director at Global RLC & VRF for Carrier HVAC since July 2020. Previously, Krishan held the position of Managing Director for Carrier Midea India and the Midea Group in the India Region from January 2018 to July 2020, where responsibilities included establishing one of India’s largest Home Appliance Manufacturing Complexes worth $150 million. As Managing Director of Carrier Midea India Pvt. Ltd. from February 2012 to July 2020, Krishan developed a sustainable business model leading to significant revenue growth and profitability over eight years and was elected President of the Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Manufacturers Association in 2014. Earlier roles include Director of Marketing and Strategy at Carrier Airconditioning & Refrigeration Limited and Country Manager at Techbooks. Krishan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi.
